Please do not listen to anyone that says monster cable will dramatically improve your picture. It will not. People will justify the money they spent on monster cables when they use them because otherwise they would feel bad about the money they spent(this is subconscious)
The Microsoft cable is quite well constructed and has the option of connecting a optical cable should you need that in the future. Stick with it and save the money.
If you want to see what I am talking about, follow my reference and do a search for Monster cables. Keep in mind these people do home theater for a living and still buy cables from monoprice.com or bluejeanscable.com
its definitely the monster component cable it has a better reception of HD the cable that comes with the xbox is good dont get me wrong but if you want top quality results the monster cable is the way to go
Monster cables are a waste of money, they just have plugs made out of gold but the wires are just plain old copper just like ordinary Xbox 360 component cables, if I were you, buy one at Gamestop for 19,99 the one Mad Catz makes.
