Toshiba Regza 42” Tv Help?

I have a 42” LCD Regza Toshiba TV. And when I play my PS3 on it, it constantly darkens the lightens up. This is REALLY irritating. I turned Dynalight OFF, and it constantly keeps doing it, making me not want to play.
Can anyone help?
